The Toasted Yolk is one of my favorite local spots for brunch. My go to order is the California Club sandwich with a side of seasoned fries, and it never disappoints. The sandwich is always fresh, flavorful, and the fries are crispy every time. The staff has always been friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is clean with a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re meeting friends, grabbing lunch, or enjoying a weekend brunch, this is a great place to eat. If it’s your first time visiting, I definitely recommend trying the California Club.

First off wow. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left it felt like home… everyone was so friendly and helpful, the manager Nicola made it a point to check on us throughout our meal. Our server was outstanding. The food was on point. We will be back for sure…. They are definitely doing something right at the Yolk….

I stopped in mid-morning and was impressed right away—the host had the door open when I arrived and even opened it again as I was leaving, which really stood out. I was seated immediately, and Harley was very attentive throughout my meal. I ordered the breakfast burrito, which comes with hash brown casserole or grits…I got the casserole, plus a side of biscuits and gravy (I like to compare gravies with my own). The biscuits and gravy were okay—though I’ll admit I’m a bit biased toward my own. The breakfast burrito was excellent and definitely the highlight. The hash brown casserole wasn’t my favorite, but it wasn’t bad. I’m a little picky about coffee, so it wasn’t quite for me since I already had some on the hour drive to Beaumont, but the orange juice was good. Overall, a great experience. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Beaumont to try more of the menu.

We are so delighted with our dining experience. The food was wonderfully delicious as usual. The service was beyond excellent. Our waitress Megan was fabulous, could not have been better. Cody, another waiter check on us as well. Both were very thoughtful and courteous. We spoke to management ( Danny and Nicola) about our wonderful dinning experience they were so grateful. We highly recommend The Toasted Yoke.

Hands down, this restaurant is a well-oiled machine. The staff worked together to help all customers. Outstanding service. The food was one of the best breakfasts I've eaten. My 9 yr old said it's her new favorite restaurant. We had a little wait to get in but not terrible even though they were packed, but our food was so fast it shocked all of us. And it was HOT. We will make this a regular stop for sure! Still fresh and delicious. Best breakfast place in Beaumont
